We recently went to an orchestral performance featuring a famous trumpet player. This was the first time for me to see an orchestra play- it was really moving. I couldn't beleive how many violinists (and other strings) there were! Over 60 players in the orchestra!
We also went to a performance by a famous trombonist which was also a great expereince. In fact this guy plays on a lot of those great Michael Jackson songs!
The highlight was when Matt was part of a big band that was directed by Russ Garcia (legend of legend! - Look him up on google!). It was really awesome! Here are some photos from that night with Russ.
